Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products and International Shipping, returns are not accepted.

We will initiate a full refund for damaged or defective items.


 

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under these conditions:

  • The ordered product is out of stock or unavailable

  • You received a damaged, defective, or expired item and replacement is not possible

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
