Directions For Use:
Sterilize and wash thoroughly
Wet the inside of the shield with a few drops of water to form a seal on the skin
Place the shield over the nipple on the breast with a curved shape facing upside so that the shield will not block the baby's nose during use
To help the baby get used to the shield, express some milk into the shield during breastfeeding the nipple shield should be held in place with the finger lying flat under the breast and the thumb lying above the nipple
Wash the shield before and after each and every use with warm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and dry
